We love juicing with Turmeric and Ginger whenever we can.  You can start off with smaller pieces of Turmeric and Ginger and gradually build your palate tolerance to this powerful kick. Turmeric and Ginger are both natural anti-inflammatory food and have many healing properties.

INGREDIENTS
 
  • 12 Carrots

  • 8 Stalks of Celery

  • 1 Knob of Ginger

  • 1 Green Apple

  • 1 Turmeric

  • 1 Lime

Peeled carrots, lime, celery, green apple, turmeric, ginger, juice
Juice, healthy routine, turmeric, ginger, carrot
DIRECTIONS

 

1. Wash and prepare all ingredients for the juicer.

2. Add ingredients to your juicer to extract the juice. Filter if you want less pulp.

3. Pour into a beautiful glass, Enjoy!
