Triple Berry Blend

 

Berries... so colorful, so tasty and packed with vitamins. Mixing a few of your favorite berries with banana for a smooth creamy finish and your favorite choice of green leaf for the perfect balance. An energy, nutrients packed smoothie there to give you everything you need to start your day.

 

Let's Get Blending! This recipe is for one medium serving.

 

INGREDIENTS
 
  • 1 cup Spinach Leaves

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup of frozen wild berries

  • 1/4 cup of frozen blackberries

  • 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries

  • 1 tsp of almond butter​

  • 1 cup of water

 

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Wash, drain and freeze your berries in advance (or buy frozen). Peel and freeze your banana in advance.

  2. Wash, drain and freeze your spinach leaves. Make sure the leaves are dry before freezing.

  3. Put all the ingredients into your blending device. Liquid at the bottom, softies in the middle and hard on top.

  4. Run the smoothie preset (if you have one) or blend at full power for 40 seconds.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
