Nutty Kale
 

Our Nutty Kale smoothie combines banana, pineapple, kale and nut butter to bring you in one drink all the benefits that these ingredients carry within themselves:  vitamins A, B6, C, E, K, folate, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus and dietary fiber. These all essential nutrients that are needed by your body for it to function properly. So take a chance and prepare this creamy, nutty smoothie. It's good for your health... and delicious!

 

Let's Get Blending!

 

This recipe is for two medium servings.

 

INGREDIENTS
 
  • 2 cups of water

  • 2 frozen banana

  • 3-4 leaves of Kale

  • 1 tbsp of organic nut butter

  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple

DIRECTIONS

 

  1. We like to freeze ahead our bananas and pineapples, this gives a nice thick texture without having to add ice. Try to not keep your bananas too long in the freezer as they tend to spoil even in the freezer. If you didn't freeze the fruits, you will have to add ice to get the smoothie texture.

  2. On your smoothie day, put all the ingredients inside your blending device. Liquid at the bottom, softies in the middle and hard on top.

  3. Run the smoothie preset (if you have any) or blend at full power for 40 seconds.

  4. Pour into a glass, add the toppings and enjoy this fresh start of a day.
