Dates are an instant antidote for every sweet tooth. To keep you guilt free, dates are a super food that are loaded with fiber, antioxidants, lutein, iron, and vitamin A.

The ingredients are given for four snacks.

 

INGREDIENTS
 
  • Organic Medjool dates. The softer, the better.

  • Organic Almond butter.

 
DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Slice down the middle of the date and remove the pit.

  2. Spoon some almond butter in the middle. Be careful as too much almond butter will make it taste too sticky, dry and rich.
